Atlas Group Travel was founded in 2026, designed across North America and operated worldwide, built to serve discerning travellers who lead groups of family, friends, or colleagues on journeys that deserve more than a booking portal can deliver.
The luxury travel industry has matured around the solo traveller and the couple. Groups of fifteen, thirty, or fifty are still routed through consumer tools, third-party call centres, and charter programmes designed for volume rather than voice. We saw the gap and chose to sit inside it: a destination management company that treats group travel as the specialist discipline it is.
Atlas is a three-partner firm by design. One principal leads operations and itinerary craft, one leads technology and coordination infrastructure, one leads finance and legal. Three owners, three disciplines, one signature on every journey.

Atlas Group Travel designs and operates luxury group journeys for fifteen or more travelers: safaris, cultural tours, golf, birding, and walking journeys across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. Designed across North America and operated worldwide, every journey runs on a simple operating model, built so that scale never costs you intimacy.
One Named Specialist
From the first inquiry to the final debrief, one named specialist designs and runs your journey. No call center, no handoffs between departments. The specialist who sketches your first itinerary is the same person reachable on the ground on travel day.
Built for 15 to 500 Travelers
Every cost, room block, and logistic is structured for groups, from a private foursome to a five-hundred-person reunion. Where camps and clubs are small, we arrange exclusive-use blocks and synchronized flights, with a trip manager on the ground throughout.
Known, Walked, Pre-vetted
Routes are pre-walked before you arrive, suppliers are chosen on relationships rather than rate cards, and the access that is never advertised, private conservancies, after-hours museum entries, member-list tee times, comes from working the same destinations season after season.
