Snow-capped mountain peaks reflected in a glacial lake at dawn, luxury group travel in the Americas

Destinations · The Americas

Landscape at Scale.

The Canadian Rockies unfold across a province. Patagonia's horizons empty the eye. The Pacific Northwest trades grandeur for rainforest silence, and Costa Rica folds three ecosystems into a single unhurried week. The Americas reward groups who want space to breathe.

Overview

Room for a group to spread out.

The Americas are built for scale. Canadian Rockies itineraries run at road-trip cadence, Banff to Jasper to Lake Louise over a week, with private coach logistics that let a group of forty move without the shuffle of airport transfers. Patagonia trades convenience for empty horizons you cannot manufacture elsewhere. Costa Rica folds cloud forest, volcano, and Pacific coast into a compact footprint that suits groups unwilling to give a full month to a single trip.

For our North American clients the practical advantages matter. Flights are shorter, medical systems are familiar, and crossing one time zone is gentler on a 50-80 age profile than crossing eight. English service standards are reliable across Canada, the US, Costa Rica, and most luxury operators in Peru and Argentina. The logistics of moving a fifty-person group are simpler when consulates, currency, and prescription medications are not in play.

Countries

Six regions, one hemisphere.

Each curated for groups of fifteen to eighty, with accessibility, pacing, and altitude sequenced to the travelers in the room.

Yucatan · Oaxaca · Baja

Maya heritage across the Yucatan, Oaxaca's markets and mezcal, and Baja California's whale lagoons. Mexico rewards groups who travel past the resort coast into the country's culinary and archaeological depth.

Accessibility

Accessibility in the Americas.

What to expect, honestly, by region.

  • Canada and the United States. Consistently excellent. ADA and equivalent standards mean ramps, elevators, and accessible coaches are reliable. National Park lodges have been retrofitted; we confirm room-by-room during the planning phase.
  • Costa Rica. Generally accessible at luxury properties and main cultural sites. Cloud-forest walkways and canopy bridges vary, we match the itinerary to individual mobility, and substitute 4x4 game-drive equivalents where a trail is not workable.
  • Patagonia and the Andes. Itinerary-dependent. Some properties and trailheads are fully accessible; others are genuinely not. Altitude in Peru is the more frequent concern, we sequence the Sacred Valley before Cusco, and carry supplemental oxygen as standard.
