No solicitation of a sale
Tour prices are not advertised on this site. All pricing is shared in consultation once the itinerary is shaped around your group. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell travel services.
Intellectual property
Site content, imagery, itinerary narratives, and the Atlas brand are owned by Atlas Group Travel. You may view and share individual pages. Republishing or commercial reuse requires written permission.

Tour arrangement terms
A separate signed agreement governs every tour Atlas arranges. That agreement covers booking, payment, cancellation, insurance, liability, and force majeure. This website is informational and lead-generation only and does not itself form a tour contract.
Governing law
Ontario, Canada for our Canadian entity; Florida, USA for our Florida entity. Final choice of jurisdiction is confirmed on completion of the entity decision and will be stated in the final published terms.
